[TYPO3-core] On the Road to 6.2: First Post

Hi,

I will try to use the TYPO3 6.2 Project News on Forge as my "personal
6.2 Blog". This will include a summary of our Release Team Meeting, but
also some personal notes, other topics regarding the release and the
work being done on the CMS project as a whole.

It might end up being not so boring to read as just the "Meeting Minutes".
