[TYPO3-core] TYPO3 6.2 LTS: Release Manager Election

Hello everybody,

thanks for the nomination(s) that have been handed in during the
nomination phase. There's one nomination that will be voted on:

Ernesto Baschny

The election process got delayed for some days and initially was planned
to be finished on Sun, May 12th 2013. The deadline for the voting phase
has now been postponed to Wed, May 15th 2013 - 10 am CEST. All Active
Contributors have been notified via Skype.
