[TYPO3-core] TER upload in TYPO3 >= 6.0

Hi,

I did not find out the recommended way to upload an extension to TER using
T3 6.1 or the current development version.

I found out two ways by searching the internet:
* TYPO3 Extension Utils [1]
* The extension extension_uploader [2]

In the documentation section on typo3.org I did not found anything.

Which way to upload an extension to TER is recommended?
Which way do you use?
