[TYPO3-core] Bug in 6.1.0: DisplayCond in sysext/cms/flexform_media.xml doesn't take effect

Hi!
Can anyone confirm the bug, which causes that the displayCond-tag in
sysext/cms/flexform_media.xml doesn't work. So the sVideoAccessible tab
of media elements won't be displayed if mmUseHTML5 is set to 1.
