[TYPO3-core] MySQL to MySQLi: The "small change" way

Hey Stefan,

I like the idea to integrate it in 6.1, and we should go for it, I think
your patch is stating the obvious that we need mysqli instead of mysql
in the long run. We need this to be compatible with PHP 5.5, and this
should of course happen rather sooner than later :)
