Hi Steffen,

AFAIK it's a replacement for the previous Core Team meetings, but with a
focus on active people this time.

I think Olly will announce it the next days and I guess it's an open
meeting (for people like e.g. you).

The (non-formal) invitation (information about the wiki entry) was
shared only in the big skype chat group (you want to join?). I think
there's no intention to make this a hidden/closed event.
