[TYPO3-core] Changed back-porting rules

Hi all,

I remember a discussion about changing the way of backporting patches, a
modified Gerrit hooks and not using topics anymore, but I can't find the
thread anymore.

I have look at that section in the wiki:

http://wiki.typo3.org/Contribution_Walkthrough_with_CommandLine#Backporting_a_change_to_other_branches

Is that up to date?

Is it correct that:

a) we don't set the topic anymore?
b) we don't do a commit --amend to remove the ChangeId?

Furthermore the page says that you can just use the cherry-pick command
from Gerrit that does everything for you, which is not true (it does not
remove the ChangeId, nor the Reviewed-by lines). Right?

Cheers
