As a professional surely not. The packages are not made for multi
instance installations. But for private websites its perfectly
usable.
But you can also use the typo3-src-* packages as professional and
benefit from it as you get security fixes through the standard
debian channels (even automated).

I think its more. But maybe i'm biased.
