[TYPO3-core] TER upload in TYPO3 >= 6.0

There was no new update since June 2012.
I don't think that there is the TER upload included.

I would prefer a separate extension where you can "login" with your t3o 
credentials and manage your extensions.
Not only upload, even editing description and other stuff.
