[TYPO3-core] Question about isHiddenPalette

Hello Core-Team,

Francois Suter has implemented this cool new feature for TYPO3 4.7: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/33063
It was explained, that my palette will be hidden. OK, it is always collapsed and it is collapsed too, when I activate "Show secondary options (palettes)". But I can open it and see the contained fields. So nothing was hidden.

Is this a mistake?
