[TYPO3-core] Backporting Hooks

Hello Christian,

sadly yes, but we also have the depency stuff for that.
Extension authors may use XClasses to fix that, but i would like to
avoid them as smooth as possible :D
Therefore I think the depency stuff is enough to check wether an
extension will work or not, otherwise the autor may add a note
specifying, why a particular version is needed.

Is it really better to have multiple non public forks just to satisfy
the hook problem? - In my opinion not, better having a new hook, than
forks :D
