Yep, the old problem that we're lacking review power of people with 
merge rights. Currently ~300 patches are pending in core queue alone, 
not counting submodules, where maybe 20% are nearly codewise ready, just 
waiting for a final review by a trained core dev.

I'm working as hard as I can to improve the situation.
