[TYPO3-core] Friendly Ghost report of last week

Hi!

The last week (Dec 09th to 15th) it has been again my duty to be your Friendly Ghost.
A total of 1346 tickets in the Core project on Forge have been updated.

This huge number is due the moving of tickets from former subprojects to the Core project.

The usual statistics are as follows:
