[TYPO3-core] Announcing TYPO3 CMS 4.5.31, 4.7.16, 6.0.11 and 6.1.6

Hi Aske,

any further information on that? Have you reported the bug / regression
already somewhere and could maybe gather some more insights of it? I
haven't seen anybody else reporting this issue.
