t3lib is no more. Those classes have meanwhile moved to other places.

If you got trouble finding a certain one, say which place you are
looking for.

 

I am looking for t3lib_mail_Mailer, but I think it was remapped to TYPO3\\CMS\\Core\\Mail\\Mailer, right?
