[TYPO3-core] Request backporting 'Find best-matching local storage instead of default-storage' to 6.1 and 6.0

What's the status here?

There are a lot of FAL BUGFIX'es for the 6.x branches on gerrit at the 
moment, this feature/bugfix should be one of them. ;)
