Just a note on this search: It doesn't really catch the activity of a person.
Especially these cases are very common: 
 * One made many patches for a patch, but is finally not the committer, as the final patch was rebased by some Core dev
 * One was voting for several intermediate patches and did reviewing, but didn't vote for the final patch
