[TYPO3-core] Get rid of @package and @subpackage annotations

Hi,

FWIW, at some point we removed all @author tags from Flow / Neos as it's hard to
keep them meaningful and we have the whole blame history in Git anyway.

We do keep a few 3-year-old @todo notes from Sebastian though which state that he will
fix this and that right after the snowboard tour. ;-)
