[TYPO3-core] New IRC channel for TYPO3 Core Team

Hi folks,

the Neos team has been using a channel called #t3px in the past to coordinate tasks and generally discuss core team work. As the product is not called Phoenix anymore and in order to foster collaboration between teams, I thought it might be worth a try to have a common channel.

So I opened #typo3-coreteam at irc.freenode.net.

The purpose is to only have discussions between core team members and occasional comments from other lurkers. The policy would be, however, to point people asking general questions to other channels (#typo3, #typo3-neos etc.). This channel should stay as efficient (and fun) as it has been in #t3px times.

Let's see if it works out or if it gets so much traffic that we need to open individual core team channels.

Cheers,
Robert
