Fair enough ;) Still we have seperated commit rights and I would see 
this CGL discussion a bit like that too. As said I am all in favor of 
having the same CGLs, but in theory it could be a decision by the 
respective developers (with +2 rights). In the same lines I understood 
Andys question.
