[TYPO3-core] superfluous curly brackets {}

Hi.

While reviewing TYPO3\CMS\Core\Log I stumbled upon some superfluous
curly brackets {} around variables, e.g.

  $this->${offset}

which was

  $this->$offset

before.

It obviously was introduced with namespace refactoring. I can't find
anything about that in the CGL, so I ask you if was done by intention or
can be removed?
