[TYPO3-core] Preview of pages / Domains in BE and FE

Hi,

On one installation it just again turned up with multiple domains that a
preview of (for example) "hidden" pages is not possible because BE and
FE use different domains, and FE doesn't have the BE-login-cookies set.

I've searched through related issues on forge and identified the
following list. Could maybe somebody take a look and coordinate inside
the core-team how we can proceed in this direction? Imho we have the
chance here to fix a number of issues including quite long-standing all
at once. (List in no particular order.)
