I've read through the points in the notes and never thought somebody
would want to use that for "chatting" :-) But anyway.

For me gerrit is great, and it made a big impact imho when it was
introduced. I see a lot of good points about it and the openness as well
as organised structure it creates. I've worked in some teams so far,
commited a few things and worked with gerrit. I like it. For sure it
could still get better - but I believe in it being a great tool for our
reviews and even more for being a central "point of entry" for code.

So if you intent to create a larger new feature imho feel free to first
fork it wherever you like and work with your team. But the final review
"inside the TYPO3-universe" I clearly see on TYPO3-infrastructure, with
a coordinated and proven review-process and with (mostly) great support
among the community I believe.
