[TYPO3-core] Friendly ghost Halloween report

Hi all,

what a great week for a friendly ghost - accompanied by all those
Halloween figures out there!

Here are some numbers from last week to give you an impression of that
scaaarrry time:

73 new issues (49 Core, 23 Extbase, 1 Scheduler) were reported from Mon,
2012-10-29 until Sun, 2012-11-04

180 issues have been worked on during the week:
* 21 still "new"
* 11 need feedback
* 17 accepted
* 37 under review (patch in Gerrit review process)
* 80 resolved (patch merged to core)
* 14 closed/rejected (not a bug, duplicates)

The number of open bugs decreased from 2791 to 2777, yet there are 3
more  open feature requests (now 777).

Many of the newly reported issues have been bugs in and tasks for the
current Git master branch, which have been submitted to Gerrit (and
often merged) right away: TYPO3 CMS is getting into shape for its first
6.0 release candidate!

The new "friendly ghost" is Christian Kuhn, one of the release managers
of version 6.0, which is quite suitable for this weeks target: RC-1.

A big Thank You goes out to the many contributors who're already testing
(and reporting bugs for) version 6.0!
