[TYPO3-core] reStructuredText support in PhpStorm

Hi.

You may have seen my tweet already, but I thought I'd send a small reminder here as well:

Vote on http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-8906 if you would like to see support for reStructuredText in PhpStorm. PyCharm has it (looks like https://skitch.com/k-fish/84guk/pycharm-rst) so it should be easier to get this in than TypoScript :)
