[TYPO3-core] CGL for inline comments

Hi all,

What's the current convention for inline comments? The CGL document says 1 
indent more than the code [1], but on the wiki it says something unclear which 
may be interpreted as 'align comment with code':

	keep them on a separate line, before the code the comment is for
	align with code (suggestion for the core team) [2]
