[TYPO3-core] Important: New Core Branch for 4.7

Hi,

I've just updated:

http://www.typo3-anbieter.de/typo3-merges/

to reflect the new branch, so it's now visible again which issues have
to be back-merged into 4.7 also (only commited to master).
