Works for me with master :)

It took me a bit to figure it out, but it works like a charm because of 
the bootstrap refactoring.
I created a bootstrap file for unit tests and an XML configuration. 
These will be included in master soon.

I will then write a blog post and update the wiki page to explain how 
that works.
