[TYPO3-core] how to contribute to "version", "workspaces", "extbase", "fluid", "dbal" and "linkvalidator"?

could you please add this to the "contribution walkthrough" [1] page in 
the wiki? this information is missing.

i would do it myself, but i guess if i would do it there would be some 
errors in my explanations.
