[TYPO3-core] Releases of TYPO3 4.7.2, 4.6.10 and 4.5.17

Hi dear TYPO3 folks,

originally the releases for the stable branches were scheduled to happen
today (this was announced in one of the recent Release Team Meetings).
However, due to a bug in TYPO3 4.7 and the workspaces module, the
releases have been postponed for one day.

The following issues still need reviews and tests on the 4.7 branch:

The field pages.t3ver_swapmode will be removed in one of those patches
(should have happened before TYPO3 4.7.0 as clean-up, but we forgot it
unfortunately). However, there's no need to run database compare when
using the next version (TYPO3 4.7.2) - thus, everything is fine...
