[TYPO3-core] Friendly Ghosts 2013

Hello Guys,

following a requests from Ben, I just added the email adresses to the 
friendly ghosts left for this year in the Friendly Ghost calendar 
(https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=942al5cttdj0sm51q0gevj92a8%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=Europe/Berlin). 
This should help people not so familiar with the whole task contacting 
the guy. Doing so I noticed that we not only run out of 2012, but out of 
ghosts, too.

Are there plans already to continue this nice little feature?
