For this I don't know the answer, I would think that adding the resolves 
should be enough, but apparently is ain't.

You can just reword your commit and push it again.
There are several ways to do this:
If it is the last commit, you can do a 'git commit --amend'. Else you 
can do it with an interactive rebase.
