Hi!

Could somebody with the power to submit changes have a look to the 
following two issues and push them? I know the magic word: "Please!" :)

[BUGFIX] Check cHash in TSFE only if necessary
This would prevent a set_no_cache() abuse by using incorrect cHash in URLs. 
This is not strong enough to be a security issue but it can decrease the 
performance of a web site a lot.

[BUGFIX] TS is fetched from cache incorrectly sometimes
The bug in the template parser prevents TS cache usage in certain cases. 
This kills performance when using USER_INT objects in those cases.

I only need a submission of these bugs. You do not have to backport them or 
push to other branches. I'll take care of all backports and submission to 
other branches. I believe it is very important to have these bugs fixed.
