[TYPO3-core] Remove / Cleanup sub-projects of Core

Nowadays one needs to be very careful if using "a team is dead" - might
create shit storms, discussions whatever. The workspaces team is
currently suboptimal in its activity, but there is activity and it is
not dead. Keep all of those projects that are sub-modules of the TYPO3
CMS Core.

Besides that, I'm fine with the remaining part of moving/removing
extensions. Thanks for taking care.
