[TYPO3-core] Postponing release of TYPO3 6.0-beta1

Hi dear TYPO3 community,

during the last few days the largest patch in the history of TYPO3 3.x,
4.x and 6.x has been created and merged with the Git Master branch. This
change on introducing PHP namespaces support in TYPO3 almost changed
every single file and create the new preferred namespaced alternatives.
A huge group of various developers was and still is busy on streamlining
the changes in some tricky parts of the Core - besides that it looks
like approx 90-95% are still working flawlessly after those changes.

However, since there's still some work that needs to be done (see
below), the release of TYPO3 6.0-beta1 will be postponed by two
additional days and scheduled for *Thursday, August 30th 2012*

This allows the enthusiast to get more and more of the following tasks done:

1) Namespaces related issues
   see collection issue http://forge.typo3.org/issues/40095
   besides that DBAL and system extension form need some more TLC

2) Integration of Localization Pack Handling
   see https://review.typo3.org/#/c/13925/

3) Changes in the distributions
   The blank, introduction and government packages need to be modified
