[TYPO3-core] discussion: change external links to "real" external links in menu

hello core team and the rest of the world ;)

Currently when i insert an external link and show it in a menu, the link 
will still be an internal link and will then redirect to the external url.

i know this is the case since casper started TYPO3 but since plenty of 
users are using google analytics or piwik or whatever, it is much easier 
to track external links like that.

there are typoscripts in the web to change that but it is my wish to 
integrate that into the core and since typo3 6 changes "everything" it 
is a good point to change that as well :D
