[TYPO3-core] JS libraries in the core

+1. We must do the difficult work of removing legacy libraries if we're 
going to add new libraries, and 6.0 gives devs the opportunity to take 
the hit and make breaking (potentially buggy) changes. I don't know how 
much work is involved with this (if it's on the level of, say, upgrading 
ExtJS). Will fixing it take days? weeks?
