[TYPO3-core] IMPORTANT: Release of TYPO3 4.7.0

Hi everybody,

finally after six months of hard development, some "lesson learned"
situations like with ExtJS4 but many great enhancements as well, TYPO3
4.7.0 will finally be released tomorrow.

The packages will be prepared today already as well as the release
notes, wiki pages, typo3.org frontpage, etc. - the press notes have been
delivered to press representatives already last week.

To avoid changes to the sources, I kindly ask you to not merge anything
to the TYPO3_4-7 branch or any submodules for the 4.7 release - Steffen
already announced that two weeks ago after the release of TYPO3 4.7 RC1.
