[TYPO3-core] 404 error for icon 'empty-empty'

Hi Peter,

Thanks for pointing this out.
To be honest, I wasn't even searching for this issue in the tracker, as I didn't expect that such a stupid error would stay open longer than 3 days.
It "shocks" me even more, that this is open for more than 8 month, since I consider such an error as really avoidable.

Having the Core causing 404s is absolutely unacceptable in my eyes.
Hope some Core Dev will set this issue to priority Must-Have for 4.5 and 4.6.

I'll have a look at the suggested patches in forge.
