[TYPO3-core] [TYPO3-v4] TYPO3 4.6: Packaging will start

Dear community,

Please get in touch with me starting from 13:00 CEST (in 8 minutes) if 
you need to merge something for inclusion in TYPO3 4.6 RC1.

The packaging process will take place this afternoon and I kindly ask 
you to stop merging patches unless I'm aware of it.
