[TYPO3-core] Help solving http://forge.typo3.org/issues/31507 please

Hi all,

Among the newly reported bugs is:

http://forge.typo3.org/issues/31507

which should be solved as far as I can see somewhere in JavaScript and 
trigger a reload of the List view. The JavaScript of the TYPO3 backend 
is so opaque and under-documented that I have no clue how to achieve 
this. Could anyone help?

BTW we should really improve documentation of the backend's JS as 
there's nearly zero resource available about it... and I'll be glad to 
be mistaken about this ;-)
