[TYPO3-core] Correct way to send reminders with gerrit

Hi Bjoern,

it's very quite at the moment, and i know that's not funny if you did 
the work creating a bugfix and pushing to gerrit.
However i hope that the situation gets better in next weeks.

btw- thanks for your reviews, you are one of the most active reviewers atm!

I'm against using gerrit review for reminders. If there is really no 
action after long time, you could add a reminder here, at least that 
would give this list some more sense now.
