[TYPO3-core] URL for fetching changed?

Hi,

Last night I suddenly noticed that the URLs which are generated by 
Gerrit have changed:

git fetch git://git.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Core refs/changes/29/1129/1 && git 
checkout FETCH_HEAD

The Windows Walkthrough tutorial shows the situation during Berlin:
ssh://<username>@review.typo3.org:29418/TYPO3v4/Core

Is this permanent?
