[TYPO3-core] Migration to GIT *today*, closing SVN for TYPO3v4

Hi,

I have an error during this operation:

scp -p -P 29418 review.typo3.org:hooks/commit-msg .git/hooks/

The error message reads:

.git/hooks/: No such file or directory
protocol error: expected control record

Any idea what's wrong?

BTW what's the status of the documentation/tutorial? I have taken some 
steps, but I feel unsure about some others (e.g. the format of the 
commit message).
