[TYPO3-core] RFC #15400: Bugfix: IRRE - selected items not removed from selector defined as unique

Hi Stanislas,

I've tried your trunk patch now, and the trunk patch is working better.

But there is a small problem with childs where the content of the child 
is not loaded. If you remove a child which is collapsed and the content 
of it is not loaded, then the main selector will not be updated after 
removing the child.

Try this to reproduce the problem.
1. Create a new Bug 15400 - Record of type 1 record.
2. Add some childs without open them.
3. Save the Record.
4. Try to remove some childs without open them.
