[TYPO3-core] Developing features and git/gerrit

Hi,

while i'm working on the toolbar refactor, i need a possibility to share 
my changes.

I develop all on a local branch. But pushing to gerrit starts a review 
process, and it should be reviewed only when it's finished.

What is the preferred workflow here? I don't like to create a github rep 
only for this, and i think gerrit is the rightplace. Unfortunally 
sandbox is private only.
