[TYPO3-core] FYI72: #17371: Typo in MEDIA renders wrong height

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

With a typo the height is always the width when configured with TS only

Additionally there are php warnings with array-merge which can be seen 
in admPanel. I casted the values to avoid that.

Example:

page.20 =< tt_content.media.20
page.20 {
   file= http://castor.t3o.punkt.de/files/teasertricks.mp4
   width = 640
   height = 400
}

I will commit this nobrainer at the WE if noone complains.
