[TYPO3-core] FYI: synchronized DBAL in trunk

Hi,

FYI, DBAL was synchronized once again (v. 1.2.1) with changeset 10323.

A bug was found yesterday for those of you using DBAL with a MySQL 
backend while trying to issue admin queries from the install tool 
(create/alter/drop tables).
