Hi!

Problem:
Update Wizard step 3: Perform updates outputs "Update FAILED!", if I 
uncheck all checkboxes (= do not want to install any outsourced extensions).

Solution:
Doing what the user wants is success. Going successfully through the 
wizard does not mean that any extensions have to be installed. So always 
return TRUE.
