[TYPO3-core] RFC: #17309 Rename the t3lib_formprotection_Factory class to t3lib_formprotection

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The formprotection factory class is currently named 
"t3lib_formprotection_Factory". This class however will do a bit more 
than a factory after 0017305 is committed.

Additionally t3lib_formprotection::get() looks much more readyble to me 
than t3lib_formprotection_Factory::get()

Solution:
Change the name.

Note:
This patch applies only after applying #17305
